Hilton was arrested last September on suspicion of driving under the influence. Was placed on probation for 36 months and was ordered not to drive and to enrol in alcohol education classes within 21 days...Prosecutors are also asking the judge to impound the car she was driving, a Bentley...And extend her driving's licence suspension and ban her from drinking for 90 days...
